Shipping Policy – Paws with a Cause Ltd

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Local Delivery: 2kg bags are available for local delivery only within our designated postcode areas. Local delivery orders will be normally be fulfilled within 5 working days. Please contact us via the contact form or on 01273 602870 for more details.  Please also see our Local Delivery Page for information on days/times for delivery.  Generally our local delivery service takes place between 3.30pm to 6pm.  Please let us know where to leave your dog food if you are not going to be at home.

Standard Shipping: All other orders are shipped via courier and typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

Shipping Cost: Local Delivery is free of charge.  All other areas incur a flat rate shipping fee of £5.00.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@pawswithacause.co.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
